Our Story
Panadería y Pastelería El Rey started with a simple conviction: that the best bread can't be rushed. Every batch of tortas, every rosca, every pastel is made the way it should be — from scratch, early in the morning, with ingredients you can trust.
Located on South Pollock Street in Selma, we've become a neighborhood staple for families who want something honest on their table. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just the kind of baking that reminds you what food is supposed to taste like.
